I have had the amazing opportunity recently to do some filming for the awesome people over at Reebok CrossFit Coastal Carolina. The are amazing people and, if you haven’t experienced this type of fitness, do yourself a favor and go. It is unlike any gym I have been to. The people are so supportive and kind that it makes the workouts fun and exciting. They encourage you to excel and get better every day. In my most recent video for them, I had the chance to see their CrossFit Kids program. Head coach Guy is awesome and made the class fun and energetic for the children. They had so much fun which is reflected in my camera lens. It is such a great way for children to stay active and learn how to live a healthy lifestyle. Take a look at the video link below.
