I was out filming some aerial footage the other day and noticed an alligator sunning himself on the bank across the lake. I knew this was an opportunity I did not want to pass up. Despite some winds I decided to go for it. I was able to get the quad copter about 10 feet above him. What was even more awesome was when I looked in my first person view monitor, a turtle was also hanging out with him. It was such a cool thing to see. We do live in such an amazing place where we have opportunities to experience this.
